Overview
"One thing my mentor often reminded us in childhood trauma groups was: As kids, we didn’t have a safe home base. That idea has stayed with me—both in my own healing and in my work with others. Many of us didn’t just experience unsafe or neglectful parenting; we lacked a foundation of protection and emotional security altogether.
Rebuilding emotional security in adulthood takes work. But before we can do that, we need to clearly understand how security issues show up in our lives today and what we truly believe about ourselves and the world.
In this course, I’ll go deeper into these ideas, offering a practical framework for working through emotional security challenges, responding to triggers, and reparenting your inner child from a place of integration—so that insecurity isn’t an internal battle, but a process of healing". -Patrick
